Vinyl: Under normal light it looks really nice, under bright light you can see many light surface marks that do not effect play. I'd put the visual grade at about a VG give or take a little. Plays excellent or excellent plus. No skips. I cleaned it 3 times and it could still be cleaned better if you have the resources and know-how. I've included a video link below so you can see and hear it. This is my first attempt at a video of a record so forgive me for the shakyness and audio quality, but you will get the gist of it.  
Other: Very hard to find and a nice copy. has some writing on the labels as you can see in pics. Doesn't pop up on ebay very often, don't miss this one! Good luck.

Insurance, Tracking etc is available domestically on this item. Get with me at end of auction to arrange. I would probably highly recommend insurance on this one just to be safe.
