Here is a scarce vintage blues 45 gem featuring YOUNG JOHN WATSON (a.k.a. Johnny Guitar Watson) on the gold top FEDERAL label from 1953.  His first release on the label.    

Titles are “Highway 60” and “No I Can’t.”    

This is an original pressing from 1953.  Label is green with gold top, gold print.  Catalog number is 45-12120 .      

Record is in overall very nice shape, very few playings, I would grade nice VG+ to VG++.  Displays nearly full original gloss.  There are a minor hairline on “No I Can't” that produces a few soft tics, but no serious marks.  The fidelity is excellent as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips.

Labels are generally clean except that the original owner wrote his name “MIKE” in pen on both sides in the green area.
