  Wendy Smith took the cover photos for Colossal Youth, and designed most of the Weekend and Gist covers. Her colorful still-life paintings perfectly complemented the music.
In the early 1990s, she designed the sleeves for the Magnetic Fields’ Distant Plastic Trees and The Wayward Bus CDs.(-from Stuart Moxham website)
