RETURNS/REFUNDS
Sealed LPs that are opened are not refundable but qualify as credit toward future purchases (based on purchase price) if defective.
Please remember that ALL LP's, regardless of condition, will have an occasional light "tic" and can sometimes be improved by a VPI (or equivalent) professional LP cleaner. In many cases, a simple damp cotton cloth, applied carefully, will clean LPs effectively. Do not use chemicals or harsh soaps and use as little pressure as possible to avoid abrasion.

SHIPPING
I ship items as quickly as possible and pack each order in VERY STURDY, BOXES with WELL-ENFORCED CORNER PROTECTION! I also use extra tape for humid areas and for larger overseas surface orders to avoid moisture damage!
LPs are REMOVED FROM THEIR COVERS and placed in plastic sleeves!
