YANKEE DOG "S/T" LP (no catalog #)

Great jam-based private psych LP from California in 1979, although some of the recordings stretch back to 1976. Great playing all-around (especially the lead guitar), complex song structures without getting too prog, and a good but not overbearing sense of humor in the lyrics.

Here's what the Acid Archives has to say: "Obscure jammy westcoaster with guitar and organ. Formally a split LP, but the bands are basically the same except for a keyboard player. Crude cover with paste-on sheets front and back. The labels are blank."

Vinyl is a SOLID M/M-. There are no marks, and it appears that I might have been the first person to play the record. The sleeve is M- with no signs of wear. This copy is missing one of the paste-on covers BUT DOES COME WITH THE LYRIC SHEET!!
