These two albums are by the one and only Yao Su Yong, if only we could figure out one way to write her name in English. While Teresa Teng was the undisputed #1 in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, Yao Su Yong was the undisputed #2. They sang many of the same songs, uniquely, but there were also songs that Teresa sang that Ms. Yao could not touch, and songs Ms. Yao performed that even the beloved Teresa couldn't touch. Ms. Yao sings with unequaled emotion and power; she often is so amazing in this. Here is one of her very rare hits albums by Life Records from 1977, and the first time I've seen it on USA ebay, and the last LP of her entire career from 1989, with this incredibly beautiful cover art. Please note, this album does include the lyric/photo insert which has three other of her late album covers pictured. I forgot to photo it earlier and it is in EX+ condition. Otherwise, both album covers are in NM condition and both vinyls are in beautiful Mint condition and look like they were made yesterday. Lots of great, clean listening here.
