This NEAR MINT 1966 UK MONO 1st pressing is on the blue & black Columbia label: SX 6063

Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' texts & 'Gramphone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' STEREO cover.
Complete with original black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: XAX 3126-1 & XAX 3127-1
Stamper numbers: 1/O & 1/GD

A few light spindle marks on label 2 but label 1 is without any.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Both surfaces are MINT viewed in natural light and bear just a few wispy paper hairlines when viewed directly under a halogen desk lamp.
Otherwise, this is a pristine disc with no other marks or any scratches to either side.
Unusually thin but sharp-edged, quality vinyl which lies 100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

Played just TWICE this is a superb 'as new' sounding disc with no trace of crackle or groovewear distortion in either channel or on any track.
Both run-ins & all bands are completely silent and there are no clicks, jumps or repeats anywhere.

Cover: VERY GOOD PLUS

Clean, thick-card stereo cover bearing a high-gloss, unscratched laminate with just 3 small spine creases & another to the lower right corner.
The corners display some minor storagewear but the opening edges are without any tears or feathering.
The rear panel has a faint, partially removed shop stamp but is otherwise bright & clean.
The spine, flipbacks & all seams are intact & undamaged.
