Various Artists, "Yazoo's History of Jazz" (Yazoo Records # 1070) Rather RARE and fantastic promo LP of classic tracks by all-time legends of early jazz (Bix Beiderbecke, Fats Waller, Earl Hines, Louis Armstrong, etc.). With wonderful cover art by the master, R. Crumb. The cover is VG++, its flaw being a 2 inch clip in the upper right hand corner, signifying that this was a rarer promo copy. The vinyl is likewise Mint-minus. I only give a Mint grade to sealed items, but this wax is pristine, squeaky-clean, and looks to be never played. Sight graded. Strict grading. And the music? If you like classic jazz, you'll surely relish this set!
