Die Platten stammen aus dem Nachlass meines Opas/Papas und haben somit neben dem finanziellen natürlich auch einen emotionalen Wert für mich. Ich versuche, diese mit bestem Gewissen zu beschreiben/bewerten bzw. zu verpacken/versenden. Doch jeder macht Fehler und letztendlich ist vieles ja auch Ansichtssache. Jeder Mensch hat eine andere Wahrnehmung und manche Leute sind anspruchsvoller, andere wiederum lockerer oder schauen eher über gewisse Dinge hinweg.
Ich bin sehr an der Zufriedenheit meiner Käufer interessiert, daher bin ich bei Problemen/Komplikationen gerne bereit, eine Lösung zu finden, die beiden Parteien entgegenkommt. Ich bin offen für Fragen aller Art und nehme auch sehr gerne realistische Preisvorschläge entgegen ;).
Dies ist eine Privatauktion, daher gebe ich keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung.
Wenn möglich, verschicke ich die Ware sofort nach Geldeingang. Ansonsten schicke ich das Päckchen spätestens 1 Tag später los, falls es durch den Alltag nicht anders funktioniert. Ich hafte nicht für Verzögerung, Schaden oder Verlust durch die Post.
These records are from my grandfather's/father's estate and as such have a high emotional value for me, besides their financial one. I try to describe and appraise them as honestly as I can. Everyone makes mistakes though and ultimately many things are a matter of perspective. As everyone's perspective is different, some people approach these things with very high standards and some are more relaxed and can ignore minor gripes.
I want my customers to be satisfied and if there are problems or complications, I'm always ready to discuss solutions that make both sides happy. I'm open to any questions and feel free to send a realistic price proposal my way.
As this is a private sale. Any warranty or liability on my part are excluded.
If possible, I'll send out the record as soon as I receive payment. If for some reason this isn't possible, I'll do so one day later. I'm not responsible for delays, damage or loss on behalf of the parcel service.
Please note that international shipping isn't insured. If you want your parcel to be insured, drop me a line, though this will be more expensive of course. Besides it can take a lot more time till the LP arrives (up to 2 weeks, depends on the country). If you don't ask for insured shipping you accept these terms.
