Bear in mind that picture discs do not have the high fidelity playback that regular vinyl does. Picture discs are primarily meant for display purposes. Vinyl grading is mostly considered for aesthetic (visual) purposes, rather than playback.

The description of the record is as follows:   Unplayed, no wear, has very light & light surface scratches, will display nicely. This release had something happen in the manufacturing process that caused the vinyl on one side to "brown" over time. The effect varied from a ring under the thicker center portion, to completely obscuring the picture. This is a pretty bad example, but fairly common. In any case, the other side still looks great. Comes wth original stickered clear plastic sleeve, a couple edges have worn open. Limited edition import picture disc from England, made in low numbers. Owned 12+ years. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
