You are looking at:
Yesterday/Act Naturally by Beatles, Capitol Records, 45 rpm, #5498. The vinyl record has the matrix numbers etched in the vinyl on both sides. It comes with the pictured sleeve described below.
Side A: Yesterday grade VG+, a few light scuffs, plays very well. Side A label has a sticker #43 on it.
Side B: Act Naturally grade VG+ with a few light scuffs, plays very well. Side B label is NM.
The pictured sleeve is VG+. There is a slight imprint of the record on both sides.
I am not a dealer. I have used Goldmine standards, as listed below. This record is from my own collection that I had as a teen in the 1960’s. I have recently played this record to grade it.
The record will be mailed media mail, in a special white cardboard mailer for 7” vinyl records. The record will be sandwiched between cardboard to minimize movement while in transit. This is why the postage may be more expensive than others selling the same record.

Mint ( M ) Absolutely perfect in every way.
Near Mint ( NM Or M- ) A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. No writing, stickers or markers can appear on the label.
Very Good Plus ( VG + ) Will show some signs that it was played and show slight signs of wear. Light scuffs on vinyl. Labels may have some ring wear or discoloration.
Very Good ( VG ) Surface noise will be evident upon playing. Some scratches and groove wear is evident. Labels, cover or picture sleeve may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers.
Good (G) Significant surface noise and groove wear. Label is worn with significant ring wear, heavy writing or damage.
