Description
This is a 1st pressing original copy, released in 1981 on Dischord Records (No. 6), by the legendary D.C. hardcore punk band Youth Brigade, of their 7" 45 rpm Possible EP. Only 1000 copies made; I do not have the insert lyric sheet. Still, a great find for the collector of rare punk rock records.
Track Listing: Side 1. It's About Time That We Had A Change, Full Speed Ahead, Point Of View, Barbed Wire Side 2. Pay No Attention, Wrong Decision, No Song, No Song II
The original, very flimsy, picture sleeve is in fair to good shape: no creasing, no ringwear, but the left side has a two inch piece of the fold seam missing, a couple rips on the floled portion remaining, and the glue has disintegrated and stained the sleeve a bit. the right seam and bottom seam are both still intact.
The vinyl is in very good shape, VG to VG+, no skips, no scratches, no dings and no scuffs. It does have a couple minor, cosmetic only, pressing flaws, that do not affect play at all.
Please, do not bid on this record if you have no feedback,or poor feedback, on Ebay.
If you are a winner of this auction, please pay, via PayPal, within 3 days of the end of the auction; once you have paid, I will ship your record as quickly as possible. I make every effort to ship your record the same day you pay, provided it is early enough for me to print a shipping label and get to the post office, and, of course, that the post office is open that day.
I do have a $3.50 handling charge, to partially cover my costs for insurance and packaging materials (heavy duty box and 4 sheets of foamboard). The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please, do not ask me to reduce my handling charge, especially after the auction has ended: the buyer has fair notice here of what they are and why, and I do not make any money on this charge.
I ship alI packages via USPS. I will be tracking your record on the USPS tracking site, to keep track of the status of your shipment. I will notify you if I see delivery was unsuccessfully attempted, and a notice was left, so you are aware in case the notice gets lost.
If you win this auction, and are a U.S. buyer, I will ship your record via USPS Priority Mail. If you request I do so, I can also ship via USPS Media Mail in the same basic packaging as Priority Mail. If you wish, I can also ship your record via USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate envelope. This is a bit cheaper than regular Priority Mail, but it also means the record and 4 sheets of foamboard will be in a flat rate envelope, and not packed in a heavy duty cardboard box. Still, the foamboard is very stiff and offers a great deal of protection for your record.
If you are an international buyer, please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice with the correct shipping charges for your location. Before I send an invoice, I will contact you to determine which USPS shipping method you want me to use: USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International, or USPS Priority Mail International in a flat rate envelope. If you choose the flat rate envelope, the record and 4 sheets of foamboard will be, obviously, packed in a flat rate envelope with no cardboard box. I still think it is well protected that way, as the foamboard is very stiff.
Since I am now printing my own USPS shipping labels, I must declare the full value of the record for customs purposes.
I will not ship via USPS 1st Class Mail, as the package can not be insured, tracked, or registered. Please, do not ask to use this method.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send me a message on ebay. I will reply as quickly as I can, certainly by the next day.
Happy bidding!!!
