Yusef Lateef  ' Jazz and the sounds of nature '  SAVOY MG 12120 (USA) red label with deep groove - rec. and issued in 1958 - original issue - on trail-off (dead wax) has the 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder   Yusef Lateef : tenor sax, flute, Indian whistle, tambourine - Wilbur Harden : fleugelhorn, tamboutine - Hugh Lawson : piano, ocarina - Ernie Farrow : bass - Oliver Jackson : drums, Chinese gong    Side A :   Sounds of nature (Lateef) - Check blues (Lateef) - I've got it bad and that ain't good (Ellington) - 8540 12th St. (Lateef)  Side B :   Song of Delilah (V.Young) - Seulb (Harden) - Gypsy arab (Harden)   Visual grading : record is EX full lustre has light wear and few very light paper's scuffs. Clean labels with very light spindle wear  Playing grading : record is EX plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has few light occasional ticks  Cover grading : cover is Good+ to VG- has wear to corners, edges and to spine which has titles readable.  Laminated front cover is clean with a small tear in the middle of top edge. Has transparent tape on right side edges more evident on back. Also back cover has age yellowing and rubbing
