Matrix / Runout (Side A Label): ST-A-681325 PR Matrix / Runout (Side B Label): ST-A-681326 PR Condition: the vinyl has no scuffs or scratches / surface marks. There are some patches of discoloration / lightening the cause of which I can't fathom but they have no effect on play. The album plays cleanly with 2 or three ultra light clicks during play at a very, very low volume level of .5 to 1 out of 10  for loudness (where 10 would be play interference as loud as the  music is) - just at the level  of hearing - need to strain to detect them. Nothing significant at all. 
The cover is VG+ with a 1 1/2 inch seam split  in the upper left corner and some of fraying in that area. see photo number 5
