Grade & Description (cover): M- Beautiful laminated cover, nice seams and corners. Does have a tiny bit of residue (seamingly removable) in the lower left corner. Signed on the back in red pen by Yusef Lateef and pianist Hugh Lawson.

Grade & Description (record): M- Likewise superb, seldom if ever played.

Additional Notes: The signitures were obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
