ZACK LAURENCE assassin EP

One of the holy grails of UK funk plus you get one track that would sit perfect on the northern/modern soul crossover scene.- This is the mythical ASSASSIN soundtrack EP from 1973 by Zack Laurence pressed on a small private label You get three cool tracks

"Escape" is  library styled track with brassy motifs, wah wah guitars, big drums, fuzz guitar. Sounds like a outtake from one of the best KPM libraries!

"Shoot out" which is a great library funk groover with wah wah guitars, sprinkles electronics all over it and then a mega fat giant breakbreak - perfect for the samplers. 

"Knock on my door" is a soulful dancer perfect for the crossover crowd. I don´t think this tune is known on the Northern / Modern scene!

This is the second copy I´ve ever seen and I am happy to offer it up for sale. No reserve and low starting price. You decide the final outcome! This plays at 33rpm

GRADES:

Grades are sleeve/record. Only one grade means there is no picture sleeve. If there is a picture sleeve missing to this issue I will note it in the description.

My scale of grades goes from M- / EX / VG++ / VG+ / VG  to VG-

I may or may not add any details to the description if needed. Do always check the picture before bidding. If you are uncertain o how a particular record play or looks, please email me and I try to email you with a detailed description! Sometimes a record looks like a VG but play like a EX then i usually grade it VG+ and if the visual and the playback differ much I will try to describe that.

Note that  all soundfiles are from the records I am selling - allthough in a low bitrate MP3 format so they will sound better in real life.
