Zadkiel "Hell's Bomber" Picture 7" EP
(Hold Up/Noise Room Records, 1986, NRR-E011)
Legendary early Japanese thrash/speed metal band featuring the super bassist Ko Morota(R.I.P.) from Doom!! Recorded in '83 or '84. They are considered to be one of the first thrash metal bands in Japan. F*ckin' killer Venom/Motorhead inspired, raw-as-hell thrash metal at it's best!!!!! Totally brutal, fast, raw and noisy tunes. Their music was so damn original and brutal. Although they were influenced by Venom and Motorhead, they did not just copy the style of those bands, but added their own unique style that their songs don't sound like any other bands. The recent bands like G.A.T.E.S., METAL SKULL or DORAID were highly influenced by Zadkiel(probably BLUDWULF too). Very rare picture disc(w/ great artwork!) on the same label that also released the first two UNITED EP's. The G.A.T.E.S. singer and guitarist were some of the people who wrote the comments/liner-notes for the Zadkiel reissue CD booklet a few years back(by the way, the other writers were the members from Casbah, Jurassic Jade, Doom etc.) The picture disc is in mint condition like new. Comes in the original clear inner sleeve and clear PVC outer sleeve. The PVC sleeve is in excellent condition with no seam splits. Includes 4 awesome songs: (1) Miss Satan (2) Head Raver (3) Hell's Bomber (4) No, it isdn't ...... These 4 songs from this EP and another song called "Highway" on the mega-rare promo flexi, the total of 5 songs, are the only ever recorded songs by this true legend of Japanese metal. A must have EP for any thrash metal fans!!!!!
