ATTENTION:
This is the only auction I will have for this album this year. There aren't but a few left, so I am in no hurry to sell them.
There is no reserve price other than the starting bid. If there is only one bid, it will sell at the starting price of $249, plus shipping (Insured or Uninsured - It's up to you).
Condition:
This is a new, never opened, sealed US released private pressing LP. It is sold for up to $600 in specialty shops worldwide.
Other Information:
The album was recorded in 1977 at Galaxy Three Studios by Mick Lail, Gary Freeman, Cecil Crotts, and Glenn Freeman.
I am Mick Lail. I played lead and sang lead in the band.
Unknown to many collectors, we recorded a second album as well. That one is titled "Blackbird". If the winning bidder wishes, he will be given an opportunity to purchase Blackbird as well. Blackbird can be purchased separately for $195.00 plus shipping. There are even fewer copies of Blackbird in the market place making it even more rare than L.A.E., but not as well known.
If "Buy It Now" is used, Blackbird will be included at no additional cost and standard (uninsured) shipping will be FREE in the U.S., and no more than $15 to anywhere else. I still do not advise shipping something this expensive without insurance, but it's your call.
This auction is ONLY for the Livin' Ain't Easy LP, unless the buy it now option is used. There is a VERY LIMITED number of these both LPs left. When they are gone, their value will surely increase.
I have added another photo of the band to this listing so that you can see us better. This photo IS NOT included in the auction.
Why buy a used LP when you can buy one that has never been opened and still in the original shrink wrap from an original band member? I will also include an autographed "Thank You" note for purchasing my album.

The $4 noted under the shipping amount is inaccurate. $5 for standard shipping in the U.S (uninsured). Standard uninsured shipping to other countries will be made at whatever it actually costs to do so.
Priority Mail will be a flat $15 anywhere in the U.S. and $40 everywhere else (could be less depending on location).
Priority Mail amount includes insurance.
Items will be shipped uninsured if you wish, but the risk falls with you. Broken or undelivered items will not be replaced or refunded.

If you do not want to pay for insurance, it can be shipped cheaper ($5-U.S and $20 or so-(will have to get exact costs depending on where you live) Everywhere Else), but I will not be responsible if it gets lost in transit, broken, or otherwise damaged. I will provide proof that the item has been shipped, but I will not be responsible for refunds or replacement of damaged or lost items that are not insured. If you don't want to pay for insurance and it gets lost or damaged, you will suffer the loss.
