the condition is vg++ / vg+ on * side, the vinyl as a small water paint stain at the begining which affects play with some light surface for a short time then stops, the stain can be removed. ( some of it as been removed, very small.)
the zimbabwe side as visable water paint pimples which can be removed, it affects play with some light surface noise but no jumps.
