Sleeve: VG+ downgraded due to small price sticker tear, front top right above Nepentha logo. Please see pics. 
Apart from that, the sleeve is in beautiful/excellent shape!!

Vinyl: Strong EX if not better. One very light/feint superficial mark on side two. Vinyl very shiny, clean and nice pressing! Great sound.
