On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Zombies called "Odessey & Oracle" and is an INCREDIBLY rare MONO 1968 UK CBS 'TEXTURED' 1st pressing!!!! I have been VERY fortunate recently to have found 2 or 3 Mono 1st Pressings of this LP - but DONT let that fool you - because this LP is NOT easy find AT ALL and is SERIOUSLY rare in MONO and I dont expect to find another!!!! THIS LP IS SIMPLY MASSIVELY RARE!!!! THIS IS THE VERY 1ST 1968 MONO PRESSING WITH 'TEXTURED' LABELS, A 1ST PRESS LAMINATED 'E.J.DAY' MONO COVER (the best I have EVER seen), A 1ST PRESS CBS INNER, AND THICK QUALITY VINYL!!!! THIS IS ALSO A GENIUNE 1968 MONO 1ST PRESSING WITH MONO LABELS, A MONO LAMINATED COVER, AND 1ST PRESS MONO MATRIXES!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND VERY RARE LIKE THIS!!!! YOU JUST NEVER SEE THIS LP IN THIS SORT OF CONDITION - AND IT IS MASSIVELY RARE IN MONO!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK 1968 CBS MONO 1st Pressing, and is very VERY hard to find indeed!!!! The Cat. No is BPG 63280 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press CBS MONO 'TEXTURED' label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Zombies at their best!!!! Any fan of Zombies, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, only 2 MEGA faint 'fingerprints' to one label, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition and retains a SUPERB shine!!!! Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 small light (and NON sounding) hairlines, only 2 wispy MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and NO nasty constant crackle!!!! The record has NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! Just CRYSTAL CLEAR sound!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL CBS inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press MONO E.J.Day Laminated Cover is in AWESOME condition and the best I have EVER seen!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! This really is a SUPERB looking cover and is VERY hard to find like this!!!! The cover must grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! WHAT A SUPERB LP AND MASSIVELY RARE IN MONO!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS VERY RARE LP!!!!
