 The UK postal system, the Royal Mail, is first rate, relatively inexpensive, secure and fast, and it has my complete confidence.
 However other postal services may not be as dependable and extra security may be needed in your country. 
I will no no longer offer to refund  lost items where 'signed for' options have not been taken.
If you are a new bidder to me, with an expensive parcel of records, I will require payment by bankers draft.
Parcels to Italy, Portugal or other countries, at my discretion, will require 'signed for' services.
I am not accepting bids from Russia or former soviet states, or all of South America and Africa
I may also require the security of ' signed for'  services if you have low or zero feedback.
RETURNS
Any returns must be by standard air mail. All postage will be paid by me if your record is clearly not as good as its description.
If you return  a record because you have changed your mind,  i will refund the cost of the record only.
I am happy for bidders to collect together a parcel of records,
 but above the 2 kilo limit  a new parcel must be started,
and the first parcel must be paid for
