ORIGINAL Canadian ISSUE with unipak G/F Sleeve.
Obscure Canadian Psych/Prog with Folk, Blues Rock & Jazzy touches....which still remains a totally undiscovered gem....absolutely top notch mixture of Psych/Prog/Blues Rock with great male/female vocals as well as some brilliant songs & musicianship.
There are numerous highlights as 'New Day', 'Been So Long', 'Back To The Country', 'One Life', 'Back To Yesterday' & 'Get On Down' are all great tracks with lots of inventive music and wonderful vocals plus some excellent guitarwork but there are also a couple of more mellower folk/psych/prog gems in 'Dreams And Fancies' & 'No Need' which are superb. Perhaps the weakest track is the opening 'Darlin'' which is still decent and actually was a minor hit. The album features some horns but even these work really well as they are not overpowering and complement the music perfectly. It didn't get a release in the US.
