In regard to my feedback rating, I have not sold on Ebay in a year, the last person I sold to gave a negative feedback on a brand new sealed item and refused any communication afterwards when I offered a full refund. When I asked for a revised rating pointing out that the individual habitually gave negative feedback, Ebay denied the revision.
