Incudes the original Picture insert (please see photos).
I have owned the LP since new and it has been stored in my private collection since new.
The cover is in "Excellent" condition and still includes the original "ltd edition # 423" round sticker on the front cover (please see photos). 
The vinyl is in Excellent "never played" condition.
