Zizi Jeanmaire Menu Hilton Bruxelles Flexi Disc 45 Tours 1969.
The three-panel sleeve is an advertisement/menu/program for a black tie event on New Year's Eve 1968 at the Brussels Hilton (which was founded the same year). Two panels of the sleeve have cuttings behind which the black disc shines through: the first in the shape of a top hat, the second displays the silhouette of Zizi Jeanmaire.
The package also contains a set of white feathers.
