Description


An original 1st press for the 1965 Uk market. matrix 1/1. Stampers 1G/1P - one side is the very 1st stamper employed by EMI..u cant get any closer than that to the original masters.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In great condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of traces marks. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity.  TOTAL CLEAN FEED. This record is surprisingly fussy - particularly opening to Sorcerer...But this copy is executing all sections with precision and a clean background... A couple o crackles in a couple of spots... a couple of isolated minor ticks on side 1. That was about it really...that is an impressive strike rate on this title.
Cover (Ex-) Lovely clean flat surfaces - no creases. Hardly any edge wear. rear is relatively clear of ageing...just a couple of small blemishes near opening. The spine is 95% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Much much better than most typical copies.
