autographed/inscribed by MEREDITH WILSON & his wife Rosemary ...and then I wrote THE MUSIC MAN Capitol T-1320
Quite an enjoyable Lp if you loved the Music Man. Some insight into the writing. His wife is obviously an Opera singer and I found the singing much more entertaining than I expected. Meredith of course did the Harold Hill songs. My favorite part is Harold singing "The Sadder but Wiser Girl" at the same time Marian sings "My White Night" which he wanted in the play but they couldn't find a spot for it. They do it on the LP.
Please note the last picture of autographed music is not in this sale. I downloaded it from an online search just included it to show that the Meredith part of the autograph was written by Meredith. Not sure about the rest of the inscription.

I MOSTLY SELL RECORDS BUT IN THE PROCESS OF TRACKING DOWN RECORDS AROUND THE HOLLYWOOD AREA I COME ACROSS QUITE A FEW AUTOGRAPHS PARTICULARLY ON RECORDS. I wish I could remember specifically where I got this one but I've had it for years and I'd only be guessing.
