Very rare uk first stereo pressing of the beatles 2nd lp with the stereo in large letters and the image of the beatles with the original dark version of the cover shot. the sleeve is the original flipback sleeve. the sleeve is in really nice condition apart from a split along the top edge - the split is about 5 cm and is a clean split - and some residue from a previous tape repair. if it wasnt for this the cover would be in excellent condition - see photos

the lp comes in its original emitex inner sleeve which is in excellent condition. the lp while still nice and shiny does have some surface marks.  but one of the beauties of the original 1960's pressings is that even with  light surface marks there is little impact on the sound quality. i have just listened to both sides from start to finish and it plays extremely well with the only real even surface noise between the songs. recording first published 1963 credit on left side of labels YEX 110 -2 AND YEX 111-2 IN run out grooves
