First issue with swirl labels and polylined swirl inner sleeve.
Contains attached four-page photo booklet inside gatefold sleeve.
No "Made In England" on label.
On the label the title appears as 'Black Sabbath Vol. 4'.
A2 appears as "Tomorrow Dream" on cover, but as "Tomorrow's Dream" on label.

PORKY / PECKO is etched upside down on both runouts.
This Copy:
Gatefold sleeve is sturdy and intact, shows its age with plenty of rubbing but no rips/tear, slight ink squiggle on front - please see all photos
The original Vertigo Swirl inner is present (often missing) , it has creases, the poly lining is intact, no rips and useable!
The labels are in very good condition , showing only a little sign of past usage
Vinyl has plenty of marks/scuffs, they are light and inobtrusive. There is a mark in side two causes a couple of clicks - see photos (although hard to pick out)
It plays through with no jumps , there is background noise, noticeable mostly in the quiet bits
