All of our products are considered used or second hand merchandise. Please expect all of our products to have some signs of usage and wear. This is very common with second hand merchandise. We do sell items that are still in the packaging but we consider these items second hand as well. Unless otherwise stated in our ad, consider everything used.

We do strive to deliver a quality product that has been tested and described accurately in our ad. All of our items are cleaned, packaged and shipped with highest degree of care.
Payment
We would like to get the payment within 24hrs of the auction end time. If we haven't heard from you after 2days an unpaid items case will be opened up against you automatically. So please communicate if there is an issue on a payment. This will hurt your rating with eBay and certain products will not be available for you to bid or buy after X amount of cases. I do stress if you bid please complete the checkout process.
Shipping
We will ship within one business day of receiving the payment in full. If you have a certain preference for shipping please contact us and request a certain type. We will be glad to work with you on this.

There is no return policy for us. All sales are final and all products are sold as is. In some cases we will take a the item back if there’s a problem within our listing. Example the wrong model #. In this case you must contact us within 24hrs showing it was delivered. We will not pay for return shipping.
