Description
Recorded in and named after Prosperous in Co. Kildare this LP it first brought together Christy Moore with Andy Irvine, Donal Lunny and Liam Óg O'Flynn who backed him on this album.
It is the beginning of his great solo career and marked the birth of Planxty.
This LP by Christy Moore is his 1972 album titled "prosperous".
This is an original Irish 1972 press on Dublin's Tara label.
It comes in a laminated cover.
The catalogue number is TARA2008.
The disc is in excellent condition.
The front cover is VG+ with just a few creases and some light agewear. The back cover [see second photo] has some thin long strips where the top and colour and type have been removed [not sure what from] and some of other light agewear.
