A fantastic David Bowie resin life face cast mask IN SILVER.
this is like the one from the v&a limited editions by Nicholas Boxall exhibited at the 2013 Victoria & albert museum. originally used as a makeup tester for the 1983 movie "the hunger". In fantastic detail to bowies face, down to the face pores, skin lines.
Bought this along time ago as it is in the pictures, fantastic paint work, 2 tones of skin colour, lip colour, a hint of pale black in the nose area, & under the eye lids.
Bowie had a couple of life masks done, 1 in 1975 the man who fell to earth, and this one in 1983 the hunger
Can be wall mounted with a curved forehead to give it that lovely smooth straight line look as you can see in the image.
