Description
The post-punk / pre-grunge era of rock had a lot of navel gazing music associated with it, and no band gazed at navels harder than The Replacements.
However, the thing is that Paul Westerburg managed to be navel gazing without being overly annoying about it, and the Replacements were a pretty damn good band. Don't Tell A Soul is their 1989 release.
This is the original 1989 Sire Records release.
Grading: (Poor, Good, Very Good, Excellent, Near Mint, Mint)
- Jacket - EX: Shiny, no tears or damage, clean spine, corners nice, and all seams perfect. But there are a couple of crease-marks and there is ringwear on the back.
- Sleeve - NM: Original insert with no tears or fading, though there is a small crease.
- Vinyl - NM: Lovely deep black shine, no surface wear or visible blemishes, and plays as if it was just mastered. Absolutely gorgeous condition. By all accounts this looks as if it just came out of the shrink-wrap.
A note about grading: I do my best to be as honest and objective as possible for all cosmetic evaluation, but obviously opinions differ. My VG might be your NM and some other dude's G, and when in doubt I'll go for the lower rating. However, I do make sure to confirm the vinyl play grading by putting each disc on the turntable and listening to it before putting it up for sale.
I am the original owner of this album.
Before you ask, yes, I will do combined shipping if you win more than one album. Shipping is $4 for the first album, and $1 for each additional one.
All records will be very carefully packed to do my best to ensure safe delivery. Some sellers don't use bubble-wrap or extra cardboard inserts, over-pack the boxes, or just use a simple envelope. I ship in LP boxes with full padding.
Thanks for looking and good luck.
