decca series J9200  DL 9217 Sexy Bikini cover, Jazz Cello music, LP Record.
The record plays thru fine with no skipping or getting stuck. It does have some noise, clicking/popping. It has surface scuffing/scratches. It has a feelable scratch on side one song one. 
The cover front and back look nice overall, but there is a split at the top seam (see close-up pic) and light corner wear at bottom corners. we have posted large photos for you to see.
