Description
There are several Ambush l.p.'s out there. Most are just okay musically & not very rare. What I have here is the true rarity. It's Ambush - Same on a private label out of ??? from 1981. Not many of these around. If I had to guess I'd say between 200 & 500 were pressed. There is no indication as to where this band was from & I have no idea if anyone has even ever located them. There are names of musicians etc. on the back cover & that's it. Let's just say that David Bohannon knows how to handle lead guitar. Out of all of the Ambush l.p.'s I believe this one is the only hard rocker. Last copy on eBay went for well over $300.00 & that was a deal. This copy is in better condition than that one was. My reserve is lower than the last copy sold for. The cover is EX. It has a very homemade look to it. The vinyl is also EX. & plays at least EX. There are some paper scuffs on the vinyl that are absolutely harmless. The side one label has a very smll sticker on it. See my scans. Sorry they are so dark looking. I have a great camera & the flash works just fine so I have no idea why the shots aren't brighter. Good luck bidding on this major rarity !

However, I cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. I do pack well and in a professional manner with standard record mailers. I also place a cardboard support inside the mailer for protection and to help prevent any bending. Records are removed from their covers and both are placed in a protective, clear plastic outer sleeve. It's a tried and true method that has never been improved upon. I do offer refunds if the item you won is not as described. I ship every Saturday.
