record is VG ( nice overall with a few light lines/marks/light scratches . a few of which are slightly feelable with the edge of a fingernail . i played both sides , and it played very well , with some surface noise , low in the mix , and with some occasional minor ticking . still a very enjoyable listen , in my opinion . please listen to the track in the player above and decide for yourself . clip taken from actual 45 , and is actually wav , not mp3 , so you get an even better idea as to how it sounds . NO skips on my turntable with lightweight tonearm and light tracking force . writing on label , see pics )
