Jimmy Smith: At The Organ (Blue Note 1525)

Flat edge, deep groove original with the 767 Lexington address on the sleeve and labels. RVG and ear in dead wax.
Vinyl is a solid VG, plays closer to VG+. Sleeve is VG with a 1" seam split on the bottom right corner and 1" seam split on the bottom center.
