on the jazzland records label, catalog # JLP 37, mono pressing, from 1961.   9 tracks.   personnel includes:  joe harriott/alto sax;  shake keane or hank shaw/trumpet & flugelhorn;  harry south/piano;  coleridge goode/bass;  bobby orr/drums & frank holder/bongoes.   still sealed, what i believe to be original press (heavy cardboard cover, substantial weight) of this awesome joe harriott lp.    cover is strong VG+, still sealed, but does have some light foxing/mildew in lower right corner (on pretty girls leg) & more (and more obvious) on back cover.....see photo....appears to be just on the surface.....shrink is open along about half of the bottom seam, has peeled back just slightly.   vinyl is presumed MINT, still sealed.   please check my other auctions this week for many more great free jazz;  hard bop;  and soul jazz obscurities.....buy a bunch and save on shipping. 


while i strive to keep my ebay sales fun and hassle free, i do have a couple new rules, due to some unfortunate activity from my previous rounds of auctions:    both ITALY & FRANCE customers must pay REGISTERED AIRMAIL shipping, regardless of the final value of the item(s)......no EXCEPTIONS!    i've avoided this new policy for some time, but in my last round of auctions i had four charge-backs, so this has become mandatory.....shipping prices are quoted below.   also, i do not accept bids from those of you with zero feedback.  sorry, no exceptions.  thanks in advance for your understanding.  as always, i will not end auctions early, please don't even bother to ask.

all records are original pressings unless noted......i do not sell current reissues.  please ask any questions early, as i am not always by my computer near the end of auctions.    buyer pays shipping, see rates below.   all records are shipped in dedicated record mailers, with record shipped outside of cover when applicable, with two cardboard inserts.   paypal is the only accepted form of payment at this time.

i have to state that i will ship for $4.00 according to new ebay rules, but i do not like to use media rate, or first class domestic either....both take far too long, and items have sometimes gone missing as well.   if you absolutely have to save $3.00 on shipping, then that is what you'll get, media rate for $4.00, including delivery confirmation....to me, as a seller (and a buyer, for that matter) it takes too long, and i end up with too many questions ( 'where is my record?'   'when did you ship it?'  etc, etc).   i strongly urge you to use priority......you can avoid a heavy box of books being placed on your fragile record, and you'll get it so much faster.    i prefer you use priority shipping with the US, and the cost is $7.00, including delivery confirmation.   first class airmail shipping to CANADA is also $7.00.   first class airmail shipping to MOST OF EUROPE, JAPAN & AUSTRALIA is $15.00.   registered airmail shipping is $24.00 worldwide, and is required on all shipments to both ITALY and FRANCE.   I DO NOT SHIP to SOUTH AMERICA, MEXICO or ISRAEL at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.   i will gladly combine items to save on shipping, i try not to make ANY money on shipping costs, i typically lose money honestly.   payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.   thanks for looking, and good luck.
