L'extraordinaire, c'est d'abord cet ensemble de percussions composé, non seulement d'instruments désormais classiques tels que Toms, Tumbas, Gongs, Batterie, mais aussi d'instruments aux sonorités peu connues: tambour de bois, xylo de woodlocks, vibraphone cinq octaves, Bronté. C'est ensuite ce grand orchestre de variété qui éclate et rompt l'angoisse omniprésente créer par les percussions. C'est enfin ce survol onirique d'images tantôt brillantes et vivantes (TITANIA, LIBERALIA) et tantôt poétiques, étranges, angoissantes (ALICE, LE GRAND MOUILLE, etc...). Musique pour l'image ( MPI ) , original french pressing  , MPI LP 535 , 1972

Simply one of the most refined library made in france , easily on the top five of all label and all style .This lp on MPI is very rare , it is the first edition of MODERN POP PERCUSSION , but it had been first released under " musique pour un voyage extraordinaire" , very obscure released on MPI . To describe more precisely the amazing music that you will find inside , it is a conceptaul mix of POP / JAZZ / CONTEMPORARY , i think the first direction was probably to make POP , but killer musicians not credited here probably coming from jazz or pop group playing very refined PIANO JAZZ LINES , plus the RYTHM SECTION on BASS plus DRUMS is just DOPE all the way mixing pop groove and more abstract times , and FINALLY there is also a conctmeporary vein mostly made by GEMINIANI weird percussion la BONTE , it sound as OBSCURE SYNTH or WIND instruments , it give the final killer avant gard vein ..ANYWAY by bidding on this library you bid on an all good lp , not just a track or a break , here you have a highly sophisticated lp , THIS LP IS A PIECE OF MUSEUM  .. try long soundclip
