Please Note: I ship at cost and package them very well since USPS, UPS, FED-EX like to throw packages.  Shipping and handling costs also include any packaging that I have to purchase to ship item such as tape, poster tubes, boxes, etc.!

FAST SHIPPING: I try and ship out the item the same day you pay (by 3pm PST) if not within 1 business day.

Shipping to outside of the USA: I will ONLY ship using USPS EXPRESS mail.  Sorry but it's fast, has tracking, and insurance.  I know it’s expensive but if it gets lost shipping it 1st class mail neither of us can track it and I lose the money & item while you get your money back.  I’ve ben ripped off too many times.
