First things first:  I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl but this 45 will be                             described to the best of my ability.
Also; I DON'T DO partial refunds but I WILL DO a FULL REFUND if the item          is not as described.

What I have here for you today is just AWESOME, AWESOME,  AWESOME!   A 1960's IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND / VHTF 45 vinyl from a Mexican American  African American group/band called "MIKE AND THE BEL-AIRS", HOLIDAY  RECORDS SAN ANTONIO,TEXAS.
What I have here for you today is just an UNBELIEVABLE FIND!...sorry that I don't have audio to ANY of the vinyl that I sell here on ebay, but I can assure you that you will not regret buying this 45...DEFINITELY A NICE ADDITION TO YOUR SWEET SOUL COLLECTION.
Side A is 'EVERYONE KNOWS' - this song is an AWESOME slow sweet, sweet, sweet soul song with just the right touch of TENOR SAX. Side B is 'TIFFANY TWIST' - this song is a killer song with unbelievable saxophone  and guitar SOLOS.
As stated above, I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but if you would tell me to grade this vinyl from 1 to 10, I would give it at least a 9 to a 9+ as both sides(including both labels) are in excellent condition - not in mint condition, but in super fantastic excellent condition with just a few super minor light surface scratches/rubbing.
The sleeve is WHITE and Generic.

Just so you know: A DIFFERENT(also rare)45 vinyl from this SAME group/band  of MIKE AND THE BEL-AIRS sold about 6 months ago and now many, many, many vinyl collectors want one(but the problem is, that there are NO MORE to be sold as it  was an EXTREMELY RARE vinyl - a very hard to find vinyl as this one).
Based on my research, a 45 vinyl as this one have NEVER sold in the past - i'm just letting you know to not miss out on this RARE FIND,  as if you don't bid on this one, tomorrow you are gonna be one of those  same collectors searching for this particular 45 for which you ARE NOT  gonna find - YES., its that rare!
