Description
What I’m offering is a UK PRESSING of the LP by Badfinger titled Straight Up, issued on Apple SAPCOR-19 in 1972. This is an ORIGINAL pressing and NOT a reissue of any kind.
The matrix numbers in the trail-off area are SAPCOR 19A-1U on the A side and SAPCOR 19B-1U on the B side. Porky and Pecko are hand-etched on the A side and B side respectively.
The grading on the LP is VG cover, NM record.
The cover, a Garrod and Lofthouse, Ltd. cover, would grade higher (EX cond) if not for the small area in the top right corner that looks like a cat or dog gnawed on it or scratched it (see close-up scans). The cover also has a price sticker in the top right corner, a few small bends/ creases and light surface wear. The record, which comes in its original custom Apple inner sleeve, is in solid NM condition with one small ¼ inch hairline scratch that is totally inaudible and does not affect its play. BEAUTIFUL VINYL!!
See scans for song listing.
Be sure to check out the other UK import, John Lennon’s Imagine, that I am currently selling on Ebay. I always adjust shipping costs on multiple wins.
Email me if you have any questions. I have been selling records since 1989 so you can rest assured that my grading is thorough and accurate. So bid with confidence.
The item will be mailed out in a custom LP mailer to prevent damage during shipping.
