Also includes a promotional one sheet about the song and single including the lyrics. The song is written about the recently deceased JOHN LENNON. 1982 Geffen Records ?– PRO-A-1018. A SIDE: Empty Garden 3:59; B SIDE: Empty Garden 5:09. House in a plain white jacket, the record labels are blank. This was rush released to ride the wave after Lennon's death.
