Stunning album full of the best rumba soul put to record, with healthy doses of psych fuzz, acid rock and funk mixed in, by the late Abumba, brother of legendary singer Abeti from Zaire, the current Democratic Republic of Congo. This album is right up there with his sister's 'Abeti a Paris'! Abumba was immortalised in the movie Soul Power about the concert during the legendary boxing match (go see it!), and a compilation of live recordings but his own releases remain very hard to find. Why hasn't this been reissued yet?
