ELLIOTT SMITH "XO" LP
Original pressing on Bong Load records! Songs are "Sweet Adeline, Tomorrow Tomorrow, Waltz #2 (XO), Baby Britain, Pitseleh, Independence Day, Bled White, Waltz #1, Amity, Oh Well Okay, Bottle Up and Explode!, A Question Mark, Everybody Cares Everybody Understands and I Didn't Understand". A short but true story about the condition of this record. I bought this sight unseen to resell here on ebay. I ain't gonna lie to you. Never been a huge fan of Elliotts but I know people want this record. So I take out the vinyl when I get home so I can grade it and it's got a number of scuffs and surface scratches. "Well $hit I say...I'm going to have to listen to this whole thing to see if any of this causes it to skip"...so I listen to it. Firstly...this record is awesome. If I didn't need the money I wouldn't be selling it. Secondly the marks on the vinyl do not cause it to skip at all nor does it cause any super loud popping. There is surface noise but I think it blends in well with the music and feel of the record. There was something oddly comforting about it. At any rate the record plays and sounds great despite not looking all that fantastic. The sleeve has some ring wear but nothing too severe.
