from my private collection of rare records, an original 7", pressed in Greece in fantastic condition and original sleeve! Not only a rare record but also in Near Mint condition - a real collector's item. THE VINYL LOOKS NEW/UNPLAYED!!!
Artist: CLAUDE FRANCOIS. Title: J'ATTENDRAI b/w MISS FELICITY GRAY. Label: PHILIPS. Cat No 373837. Country: Greece. Date: 196?. Condition: Vinyl looks in Mint condition (NO VISIBLE SURFACE MARKS, NO SCRATCHES, NO SCUFFS, THE VINYL LOOKS PERFECT AND GLOSSY SHINE). Audio is excellent: the vinyl plays perfect on Side A with no crackle. For side B, only very minimum crackle in a couple of places. No skips, jumps, etc. Labels in EX++ condition for both sides - SEE PHOTO, very clean, no marks, no scuffs, very clear colours. The best type of this record i have seen. comes in original sleeve in mint condition
Record Collector's Grading System
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover or any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packing might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite notable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
