Description

You are bidding on an original copy of Columbia 45-44821 by the EDDY JACOBS EXCHANGE - "Pull My Coat" b/w "Black Is Black". A highly collectible item in Northern soul/deep funk circles, this is a wicked, ultra danceable, James Brown-inspired funk cut from the late 60's. This regional bar band that rocked the house in places like Atlantic City and included Joe Dupars, a long time James Brown trumpeter and other sidemen who had toured with Otis Redding and Wilson Pickett's Midnight Movers band. This disc has definitely been played but has been well cared for. Plays GREAT - despite some minor (inaudible) scuffs. VG+ to Excellent condition.The label has a small inscription inpen of someone's name. In its original Columbia sleeve! This is a hard record and very desireable to those in the know. .......................PLEASE check my other auctions for more rarities and obscurities of the vinyl variety.
