Description

I recently acquired a large collection of musical entertainment paper ephemera from the collection of an independent promoter of bands and record labels in the S.F. Bay Area. Lots of interesting unique items, many publicity photos such as this some signed by the artists themselves. If you are into this sort of thing. Please check my other and upcoming auctions. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
This is an original authentic Booking Agency publicity photo for JETHRO TULL from 1968. A very early image for this group , it appears to have been taken at the same time as the cover for their 1st album , "This Was" as they are wearing the same "old man" costumes and make-up. A somewhat rare photo. This has been basically just stored in a filing cabinet for the last 50 years, it is in excellent Archival condition and suitable for framing.
