GRADING IS BY GOLDMINE STANDARDS
IV'E BEEN A RECORD COLLECTOR FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS .I HAVE PROBABLY AROUND 1600 - 1800 ALBUMS.
I've bought and sold albums,and 45's at flea markets for about 10 years.Mostly on weekends.
BUT....
I'm trying to start an online business.I'd like to keep my starting prices at $1.00 So keep this happening by bidding with confidence.My feedback will be climbing fast.
Over the next few weeks I will be listing a batch of original release albums of the late sixies and seventies.Lots of rarities.Jimi Hendrix(smash hits),Led Zeppelin,The Doors(waiting for the sun),Pink Floyd,Spooky Tooth,Ten Yers After,CCR,Frigid Pink,Quicksilver,The Rolling Stones,The Beatles,John Mayall,Eric Clapton,The Byrds,and many others.I have waited for my feedback to rise a little bit before I started listing these.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY ALBUM IN MY STORE OR MY AUCTIONS,PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL.I AM TRYING TO KEEP DESCRITION BRIEF.I HAVE HUNDREDS OF ALBUMS.I USUALLY GIVE AS CLOSE TO "GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS" AS POSSIBLE .(I HAVE ABOUT A HUNDRED ALBUMS IN MY PERSONAL COLLECTION THAT I'VE HAD FOR YEARS THAT I PLAY ALL THE TIME.A LOT HAVE A SCRATCH OR SCUFF HERE AND THERE AND I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM.SO UNLESS THERE IS MAJOR SCRATCHES I DONT PLAY EVERY ALBUM I LIST.)IF ANYTHING YOU MIGHT BE GETTING A "BETTER THAN" DEAL.

I FOUND OUT THIS WAS BUTCHER COVER BY MISTAKE
PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS.
THEY PRETTY MUCH SAY IT ALL.
MOST OF SHRINK STILL INTACT.MISSING SPOTS AND HAS SOME TEARS.BUT IT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE THE OLD ORIGINAL SHRINK.
SHOWN IN PIC WITH SHRINK ROLLED BACK SOME,COVER IS VERY CLEAN LOOKING.COVER IS IN VG/VG+ CONDITION.GOOD CORNERS.A VERY VERY SMALL CRACK IN SEAM STARTING ON TOP.OTHER THAN THAT EDGES AND SPINE ALL IN VG CONDITION.IT WOULD GRADE HIGHER BUT THERE IS A LITTLE MOISTURE DAMAGE AT TOP.SHOWN IN 3 OF THE PICS BELOW.A FEW BUBBLE LINES WHERE "PASTE ON" IS LOOSE. STARTING TO PEEL ON TOP LEFT(LEAVING SOME OF THE "PASTE ON" RESIDUE,NOT TEARING THE ORIGIANL BUTCHER COVER)) AND BOTTOM RIGHT.(IS PEELING VERY CLEAN LOOKING).
SOMEONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO PEEL THIS ONE OFF IF THEY WANTED TO.
ALBUM HAS CLEAN LABELS.THERE IS 2 MAYBE 3 VERY SMALL SCRATCHES ON LABEL ON SIDE 1.OTHER THAN THAT CLEAN.
ALBUM DOES HAVE SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES.ONLY A FEW THAT LEAVE THAT CLICK,CLICK,CLICK.All in all I think it plays pretty good.Most of the problem with this album I think is that it needs a good cleaning.
I PLAY TESTED ON A NEW DETROLA COMBO STEREO UNIT.not the best sound system.
IT HAS SOME MINOR SURFACE NOISE.
"IF I NEEDED SOMEONE"HAS A SKIP AT THE BEGINNING AND IN THE MIDDLE (NOT A REPEATED SKIP).
NOT ORIGINAL SLEEVE.
ALBUM IS IN A THICK BLACK SLEEVE.COVER AND ALBUM ARE STORED IN A PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVE.
This is not a mint copy.But It is a very nice piece to add to any Beatle collection.

I've had a Question on reserve and RIAA #.
The reserve is set at $250.00 and RIAA is #3.
I had an offer of $250.00 to use "buy it now".So I figured I would show reserve.
I don't want to except any offers I have around 50 or so people watching this Item.

On Feb-28-06 at 15:24:01 PST, seller added the following information:I was asked if the area where "paste on" is starting to peel has any crease mark from where it has been lifted.There is some crease mark,nothing major and a small tear.You can see it in PICTURE 1 AND 3 ON THE RIGHT.
